Initial Contact & Online Consultation
Submit your request through our website, WhatsApp, or email. One of our coordinators will connect with you to understand your needs, medical history, and goals.
Medical Evaluation & Treatment Plan
Our specialists will review your case, request any necessary documents (photos, X-rays, reports), and prepare a customized treatment plan — including costs, timeline, and details.
Trip Planning
Once you approve your plan, we coordinate your visit: from choosing travel dates to booking your hotel and clinic appointments. We also assist with flight and visa guidance if needed.
Arrival in Istanbul
Upon landing, your private transfer driver will greet you at the airport and escort you to your hotel.
In-Person Consultation & Treatment
You’ll meet your doctor, finalize the details, and begin treatment. All procedures are performed in fully equipped, accredited medical facilities.
Discharge & Follow-Up Planning
Once your treatment is completed, you’ll receive post-op instructions, medication (if required), and your recovery kit. We monitor you closely before you return home.
